About the Role:
We are seeking a Spa Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operation of the spa runs smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include preparing team member schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the work environment is professional and comfortable for all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the spa
- Prepare team member schedules and handle administrative tasks
- Ensure the work environment is professional and comfortable for all team members
- Design special offers and upsell treatments and retail items in the spa
- Support team members in the reception area when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel spa environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Therapist/Senior Therapist/Spa Supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Spa therapy knowledge and presentation skills
- Computer skills, including MS Office and spa operating systems
- Good customer service skills and a service-minded attitude
