**Job Title:** Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team Lead

Hyqoo, a leading company in the tech industry, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team Lead to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the development and implementation of CRM solutions for our clients.

**Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team Lead at Hyqoo, you will be responsible for:
  1. Leading a team of junior developers to develop and implement CRM solutions for our clients.
  2. Developing and customizing customer interfaces on the CRM Portal in accordance with business requirements.
  3. Creating data models within the Dynamics CRM environment that are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
  4. Ensuring seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, and other relevant systems.
  5. Constructing and maintaining applications within the Dynamics CRM framework.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with 6-8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  3. Proven track record of successful Dynamics CRM projects and customizations.
  4. Understanding of CRM architecture and experience in creating data models.
  5. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor junior developers.
  6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including its integration with Microsoft Azure and Power Automate.
