Job Summary

This role will be based in Mumbai, responsible for helping Plug N Play acquire targeted business from the HORECA segment by actively sourcing new leads, optimizing pipelines, managing activations, analyzing competition, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sell products that meet customer needs while achieving forecasted sales targets, product mix, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Create and manage the sales funnel for HORECA business.
  3. Plan and execute activities to ensure sales growth objectives.
  4. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  5. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
  6. Expand the product basket, introduce new products or services to clients, and organize visits to current and potential clients.
  7. Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
  8. Attend and represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
  9. Earn timely collection of account receivable.

Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA with a minimum experience of 5+ years in HORECA business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage schedules and sales funnels effectively.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling luxury personal care products is an added advantage.
