We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Director to join the Vardhman Group team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading and motivating the sales team, and implementing effective strategies.

Job Description:

  • Salary: The estimated salary for this position is ₹20,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales and possess strong leadership and management skills. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including team leadership, sales strategy, client relationship management, sales training and development, performance management, and sales process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software applications.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
