
Sales and Business Development Executive

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with experience in microfinance business and sales officer roles.
Fresh graduates to 5 years of experience are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of microfinance and JLG model is beneficial for the position.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate strong relationship management skills, business acumen, and flair for sales. They should have a good understanding of customer service principles and be able to build a strong brand image with potential clients.
Qualification required: Graduate degree in any discipline.

- Determining joint liability groups and disbursed loans that suit target customers and geographies
- Developing and managing teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration
- Assessing potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions
- Managing disbursements, repayments, and delinquencies, achieving daily/weekly collection targets
- Maintaining close follow-up on disbursed loans, particularly those not paying on time
- Undertaking regular field visits, center meetings, and loan applicant interactions
- Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking normal dues, nonstarters, delinquency, and frauds
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally and establishing a strong brand identity with potential clients
- Conducting weekly/daily meetings and visiting centers
Fresher to maximum of 5yrs exp as sales officer in microfinance business would be preferred.
