About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced NRI Relationship Manager to join our team in Kerala, Thrissur. As a key member of our Consumer Banking Group, you will be responsible for acquiring new NRI accounts, quality sourcing of NRI accounts through various micro-level activities, and activating opened accounts by cross-selling FD and remittances, increasing SA balances, and cross-selling investments, insurance, mortgages, and credit cards.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new NRI accounts from branch catchment areas, references from existing NRI clients, and leads shared by the central team
- Quality sourcing of NRI accounts through various micro-level activities within the branch catchment area
- Activating opened accounts by cross-selling FD and remittances, increasing SA balances, and cross-selling investments, insurance, mortgages, and credit cards
- Conducting low-cost micro-marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from various groups, including salary accounts and IBG teams
- Providing high-quality customer service to NRI customers and resolving their queries on priority
Requirements:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in NRI sales
- Sales and networking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and listening skills
- Goal/target-oriented
- IRDA and AMFI certification is preferred; this is a must after joining
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good network in the market
- Knowledge of NRI account opening
- Banking knowledge
- Computer skills and digital knowledge

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You are results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines. Your technical skills include proficiency in banking software and systems, as well as a good understanding of NRI account opening processes.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of ₹12 lakhs per annum (approximately USD $15,000) and additional benefits such as bonuses, medical insurance, and retirement plans.
