Senior Technology Solutions Architect for Large-Scale Enterprise Applications

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per yearThis role provides advanced professional input to complex Application Development assignments/projects as an Application Development Senior Advisor. You will devise and modify procedures to solve highly complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and the form of desired results.
In this position, you can expect to design, code, test, and debug within programs. This includes systems analysis functions and support for more junior professionals. With high levels of autonomy, only requiring expert-level technical support from others, you will utilize in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Application Development.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Align engineering solutions with the Technology strategy and support the application's requirements.
- Plan and implement procedures to maximize engineering and operating efficiency for application integration technologies.
- Take accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.
- Provide leadership to the team to achieve the following objectives:
- Design, configuration, implementation of middleware products and application design/development within the supported technologies and products.
- Proactive monitoring and management design of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.
- Maximize the efficiency (operational, performance, and cost) of the application assets.
- Java Developer - 3+ years of experience in IVR Development, Springboot, Openshift, AWS, Javascript, RestAPI, Microservices, Kafka, Oracle SQL, Jenkins, Orchestrator, Git.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Strong influencing/negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.
- Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test-driven development, and specification by example.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Proven experience with architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise application solutions.
- College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
- Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Full-time position, extended/split shift (1 PM – 10 PM IST / 3:30 AM - 12:30 PM EST) working 40 hours per week.
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
