Business Growth Specialist

NucleusTeq is a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive our continued growth and success.
About the RoleThis role will be responsible for setting appointments with prospective businesses for our Business Development Managers to close. This position involves working the night shift in India to align with Phoenix hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Schedule appointments with prospective clients for the Business Development Managers, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and introduce them to the benefits of our platform.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Conduct follow-up communications with prospective clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure alignment and support the successful closing of deals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of appointments set, conversion rates, and overall lead quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 pm-4 am) to align with Phoenix hours.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
