Qualifications

Experience: Experience in assessment design, psychometrics, or evaluation methodologies, including personality assessments such as DISC analysis, Big 5 analysis, psychometric evaluation, technical skill evaluation, situational and behavioral interviews for soft skills and cultural fit.
