About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Growtholics. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and labs.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our healthcare solutions, scheduling and facilitating product demos, and meeting sales targets. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Scheduling and facilitating product demos with potential clients.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and following up on leads.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with channel partners.
  • Identifying lucrative sales opportunities and meeting sales targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Medical & Pharma sales, preferably.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
  • Hunger for success and drive to exceed sales targets.
