Job Summary

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Lead Consultant - Workday AMS Testing Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for project management activities for a Workday AMS Testing Lead project, requiring knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.
  • Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes.
  • Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
  • Suggest and improve business processes.
  • Prepare Training Material, SOPs, etc., for Workday HCM processes.
  • Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday HCM functionality & configuration.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Create and deliver project level documentation (i.e., status reports, RAID logs, project plans, etc.).
  • Ensure project is delivered on-time and on-budget.
  • Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements.
  • Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation.
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns applications.
  • Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames.
  • Present client with change orders in the event they're asking Workday to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW.
  • Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • BE/MBA/M.Tech
    • Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
    • Prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
    • Demonstrated strong proficiency utilizing project management tools such as MS Project
    • Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management
    • Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules is critical.
    • Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
    • Proficiency with business processes including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.
    • Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.
    • Good communication and customer-faced skills.
    • Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
