We are a high-growth manufacturing company specializing in BLDC motors, PCBAs, and remotes. With large-scale facilities, our mission is to build globally competitive supply chains positioning us as a key player in the electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
Objective:
Acquire and grow domestic EMS/PCBA and plastics job contracts from Indian OEMs and Tier-1 companies ensuring high utilization of SMT, FATP, and Injection Moulding capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target Indian OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in consumer electronics, appliances, lighting, EVs, and IoT sectors.
- Develop pipeline of job contracts for SMT, FATP (Final Assembly, Testing & Packing), and plastics (injection moulding).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement heads and program managers of OEMs.
- Own pricing, quotation preparation, and commercial negotiation for contract manufacturing.
- Optimize contribution margins and ensure competitiveness in job contracts.
- Coordinate closely with operations, NPI, and QA to ensure customer requirements are translated into production.
- Ensure first-time-right samples and smooth onboarding of new job contracts.
- Track demand trends and import substitution opportunities in India.
- Identify new application areas for SMT/FATP capacity (e.g., networking devices, EV controllers, small appliances).
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion rates, margins, and line utilization.
Requirements:
- 12–15 years in Sales/Key Account Management in EMS/PCBA or plastic injection moulding.
- Proven record of acquiring and growing domestic OEM customers.
- Strong understanding of SMT processes, FATP flows, and plastics manufacturing economics.
- Solid commercial acumen – costing, margins, credit terms, and job-work contracting.
- Established network with Indian OEMs in consumer electronics, appliances, or automotive electronics.

You are an aggressive hunter with proven deal-closure skills. You have strong relationship-building skills with CXO/procurement teams. Your ability to collaborate with operations and NPI teams makes you a valuable asset. As a self-starter, you are driven by targets and are hands-on in your approach.
