Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data models, databases, and ETL pipelines using BigQuery. Your expertise in data architecture and design will help us optimize performance and ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps, to ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively will be crucial in understanding data requirements and delivering solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from data warehousing to real-time data processing. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing data processing pipelines using various technologies, including cloud platforms, big data tools, and streaming frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in GCP with BigQuery.
  • Good knowledge of any one of the databases scripting platforms (Oracle preferable).
  • Data Architecture and Design: Design and implement scalable data models, databases, and ETL pipelines using BigQuery.
  • Data Integration and Management: Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • BigQuery Development: Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices to ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
