Job Overview:

This is a key role for an experienced finance professional to lead the accounting function of an organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial discipline in a dynamic environment.

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end accounting process (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, etc.).
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations including tax, social security, and other applicable legislation.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with senior leaders.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in finance and accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
