Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our property services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Use problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address customer challenges, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and precise responses in line with company standards.
Requirements and Skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to interact effectively with clients and colleagues, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill), with the ability to swiftly identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate patience (Mandatory skill) in responding to customer inquiries, enabling constructive engagement and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit a high degree of empathy, understanding customer emotions and responding with care to their concerns and questions.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in handling customer-related data and interactions.
  • Time management proficiency, prioritizing tasks efficiently to maintain productivity and meet customer expectations.
  • Adaptability to evolving scenarios, easily adjusting to new processes and embracing change in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical proficiency, using relevant software tools to aid customer interactions, enhancing service delivery and record-keeping.
