Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximize room bookings through efficient reservations and customer service
  • Ensure effective reservations management while maximizing revenue
  • Collaborate with internal and external representatives to execute reservations and events
  • Support the team in providing a range of services and resolving customer queries
  • Ensure team members are trained on safety protocols and procedures
  • Optimize resource allocation and educate the team on cost-effective practices
