About the Role:

As a Research and Insights Specialist at Harvard Business Publishing, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by conducting comprehensive research and analysis on targeted companies, regions, and industries. This will involve exploring trends, issues, and concepts in HR, Organizational Behaviour, and Organizational Culture to provide synthesized, actionable insights to the sales team and tailoring content/solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the sales team in evaluating potential revenue and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in Corporate Learning content management systems and technology platforms to curate and content effectively.
  • Map content based on competencies received from clients and structure research findings to present insights in accordance with our standard templates.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of research analysts to deliver high-quality research and analysis services to the sales team.
  • Utilize primary and secondary research methods to gather data and insights for client projects and cultivate and maintain trust with the sales team by consistently delivering projects on schedule and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Demonstrate expertise in PowerPoint to efficiently create and design diagrams and format client proposals.
Requirements:
  • Strong research, analytical and reporting skills, with experience in working with senior business leaders and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong and effective communication style.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and analytics and 1-2 years of experience in managing teams, with a post graduate degree and advanced excel skills.
