Senior Leadership Position for SME/MSME Segment in West Region

Position Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Head for our West region, specializing in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will build a good quality SME and MSME portfolio within the West region, focusing on driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives for the SME and MSME segment in the West region.
- Identify market opportunities and potential clients within the SME and MSME sector and develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in the SME segment with an annual turnover of 50 crores to 250 crores and familiarity with the West region market dynamics and client needs.
- Understanding of supply chain finance products such as purchase invoice discounting; channel finance is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and analyze data.
