About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure that powers our business intelligence, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable data warehouses using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes using Airflow and other SaaS tools to ensure seamless data flow from various sources into our data warehouse.
  • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval to boost performance and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver top-notch data solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows to maintain data integrity and availability.
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation for data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on data warehouse design, ETL development, and data cleanup.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools and orchestration platforms like Airflow.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining data warehouses using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based ETL tools (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch, Hevo) is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with scripting languages like Python or Spark.
  • Cloud expertise in using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and related data services.
  • Analytical skills to tackle data accuracy and quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure reliable and high-quality data solutions.
