We offer a competitive salary of ₹25 lakhs - ₹45 lakhs per annum for this role.

About the Role:

This position involves leading our digital strategy team, overseeing the planning and execution of integrated projects, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in managing budgets, identifying potential risks, and implementing quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with program managers, project leads, and other stakeholders.
  • Attend training and development programs to enhance the team's expertise in digital marketing.
  • Manage budgets for integrated projects, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Identify areas of better resource allocation based on project requirements.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and establish contingency plans for potential risks.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.
  • Escalate cases of potential conflicts within the team or with stakeholders to ensure project continuity.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of integrated projects as per agreed timelines and milestones.
  • Work closely with client SPOCs (Single Points of Contact) and keep them informed about project status.
  • Foster collaboration and communication between different business units (BUs), promoting a cohesive approach to integrated project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project Management, Digital Strategy, Digital Analytics skills.
  • Experience analyzing data and market research.
  • Broad understanding of the programmatic landscape.
  • PREFERRED: working knowledge of third-party Internet marketing research tools, such as comScore Media Metrix, Nielsen NetView, and Similarweb.
  • PREFERRED: Experience with Media Planning, Media Buying, and Digital Transformation.
