At SmartQ, we're passionate about creating impactful narratives that drive client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. As a Senior Content Writer, you'll develop engaging, strategic content that enhances client interactions and strengthens our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce a wide range of content, including blog posts, articles, social media copies and captions, case studies, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to create and implement effective content marketing strategies.
  • Own content development, including researching and writing compelling content that engages our target audience.
  • Create brand campaigns aligned with our value proposition, brand positioning, and strategic business objectives.
  • Experience writing content for presentations and other sales enablement collateral for demand generation and new business.
Requirements:
  • Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience as a content writer.
  • Experience in creating content for B2B technology, SaaS products.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication.
  • Good storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think and write creatively and strategically for business.
  • Experience with advertising and creative agencies with a B2B tech portfolio of work.
