Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our award-winning Data Security Platform in large-scale environments
  • Resolve complex issues through efficient support processes
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer requirements with team leads
  • Produce high-quality technical documents and articles for team and customer use
  • Deliver technical demonstrations to customers worldwide
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years experience in software customer service and support
  • Proficiency in working with Windows-based infrastructures, including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, and cloud platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
  • Highly motivated attitude with ability to work under pressure
