Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infor WFM Consultant. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to design, implement, and maintain efficient workforce management systems using Infor WFM applications. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working on complex business processes and have a passion for delivering scalable technical or functional solutions.

The Infor WFM Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert, demonstrating in-depth domain and industry knowledge, and helping build Infor practice.
  • MAPPING complex business processes to develop robust and scalable technical or functional solutions.
  • Designing, mobilizing, presenting, and delivering complete end-to-end solutions using Infor application to meet client needs.
  • LEADING client discussions on proposed solutions, architectural designs, and roadmaps.
  • DRIVING Infor implementation from discovery to sustain.
  • Demonstrating application-level functional or technical knowledge on Infor WFM Platform.
  • Advising Infor clients on Industry best practices to deliver efficient solutions.
  • STAKEHOLDER collaboration and management, maintaining customer relationships.
  • Developing migration, integration, testing, and deployment strategies.
  • Achieving engagement goals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Infor Product Architecture Engagements primarily focused on WFM.
  • Ability to design and present holistic solutions leveraging strong business acumen, analytical, and technical aptitude based on Infor WFM application.
  • Good domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, workforce scheduling, etc.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on Industry Standards, Testing Tools, and Accelerators.
  • Experience with one or more project lifecycle management, issue tracking, and/or knowledge repository platforms.
  • Ability to develop business cases and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Infor Certification is an advantage.
  • Experience with database design, instance management strategy, RESTFul API, and software development is an added benefit.
  • Experience with one or more integration styles - EDI, Bank Standards, XML, Web Services, Workflow, and Alerts is an added benefit.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C# is an added benefit.
  • Experience in Containerization - Docker, Kubernetes, or Amazon Web Services is an added benefit.
Salary and Benefits
