Lead a team of professionals in the pursuit of excellence, championing healthcare access and equity for all.

You will be responsible for overseeing quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and external standards.

Your expertise will guide operating entities in process analysis, audit preparation, and resolution of findings. You will liaise with auditing groups and inspectors to enforce requirements and meet regulations.

Reporting and documentation will be crucial, as you prepare Corrective and Preventative Actions for stakeholders both internally and externally.

A key aspect of this role is fostering uniform standards worldwide, enabling best practice sharing, and driving company mission achievement globally.

Responsibilities
  • Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures
  • Interprets policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance
  • Works directly with operating entities to provide process analyses and enforcement of requirements and regulations
  • Liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of audits
  • Prepares reports and necessary documentation (Corrective and Preventative Actions) for applicable stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Autonomy: Manages department(s) or small unit with multiple teams led by managers and/or supervisors
