Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
Soft Suave Technologies is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on our company's people, capabilities, and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Lead Generation: Create and maintain a database of prospective client information, generating leads and driving sales growth.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and services.
Requirements:
- Customer Service: Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our sales and leadership team to achieve business objectives.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Business Acumen: Possess a good understanding of business needs and customer focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
