At Recruiter Wings Consultancy, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • Databases Operations Management (MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL)
  • Experience in creating and consuming REST APIs (HTTP, WebSocket, WebRTC)
  • Knowledge on API Automation (Postman, Jmeter)
  • Experience in development tools like GIT, Bit Bucket, JIRA, etc.
  • Experience in AWS services is preferred (CLI, IDE, SDK)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems, customer support platforms, and remote support tools
  • Understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, and system administration
