About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team at NK Realtors. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of strategic marketing plans, aligning with company objectives and target audience needs.
  • Manage and supervise marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and external vendors to create engaging advertising content and manage campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies for optimal results.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective campaign implementation.
  • Evaluate campaign performances and troubleshoot areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, allocating funds wisely and monitoring expenses.
Requirements
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
  • 4-9 years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to analyze market trends and evolving consumer psychology.
  • Judgement and decision-making ability, with initiative and a proactive approach.
What We Offer

As a Strategic Marketing Leader at NK Realtors, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
