Job Description

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Professional
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Flexible remote work options available, with opportunities to travel within India and internationally

Responsibilities:
  • Create quality guidelines and work instructions to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Identify, analyze, and implement country-specific requirements for product submissions
  • Plan and prepare product-related submissions with internal teams and external organizations
  • Perform regulatory projects and collaborate with project steering groups
  • Submit documentation to local authorities, foreign certifying agencies, and internal teams
  • Initiate and escalate necessary activities in case of deviations
  • Ensure creation of adequate documentation for audits and inspections
  • Train teams on country-specific regulatory requirements
  • Review promotional materials for regulatory compliance
  • Represent the company in industry associations
Requirements:
  • Possess knowledge of international certifications like CCC, VDE, UL, DNV, LR, ESC, EAC, INMETRO, S Mark, etc.
  • Familiarity with product standards IS/IEC60898, IS 12640 pt.1 & pt.2, IS/IEC60947, IS/IEC 60269, etc.
  • Experience with internal lab topics such as scheduling tests, manpower planning, investment planning, and infrastructure upgradation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
