Job Overview
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client base
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify potential areas for growth
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team
Requirements and Qualifications
- More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive components industry
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry and market trends
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Good understanding of market dynamics and trends, with the ability to identify potential areas for growth
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
