Job Opportunity

As a key member of the collateral management team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations.

You will have experience in producing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, as well as strong excel skills, and experience with documenting process flows and operating models within software such as Microsoft Visio.

Additionally, you will have experience with technology and systems changes within a large regulatory-driven transformation programme, specifically IRB transformation programmes, and knowledge of capital regulations (current CRR, Basel 3.1 changes under CP16/22 and PS 9/24) with the ability to navigate and understand these regulations.

Qualifications include an MBA or equivalent Master's degree, and you must be able to demonstrate strong commitment to personal learning and development, act as a brand ambassador, and understand how your daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business.

Key Responsibilities
