Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across departments and locations
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Ensure recruitment policies comply with labor laws and company standards

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring is preferred.
