We are seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Base8, a technology and business consulting services provider. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, setting appointments or closing deals, and identifying customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and manage leads
  • Set appointments or close deals with clients
  • Identify customer needs and communicate client value propositions
  • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities
  • Work with weekly KPIs and targets
  • Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects
  • Utilize CRM and data entry systems
  • Generate sales appointments and inside sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international outbound sales, focusing on the IT market, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
