Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Outbound Sales Representative to join our team at Base8, a technology and business consulting services provider. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, setting appointments or closing deals, and identifying customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and manage leads
- Set appointments or close deals with clients
- Identify customer needs and communicate client value propositions
- Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities
- Work with weekly KPIs and targets
- Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects
- Utilize CRM and data entry systems
- Generate sales appointments and inside sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience in international outbound sales, focusing on the IT market, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close sales
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and competitive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
