Senior Warranty Claims Professional

We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring timely resolutions and providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. The successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams.
About the Role- Manage warranty claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Verify customer eligibility for warranty coverage based on established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and product management, to address warranty-related issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
- Coordinate with external vendors or manufacturers to facilitate product inspections, repairs, or replacements as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a warranty claims or after-sales support role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with sellers and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or other customer service tools to manage and track warranty claims.
