About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Monitoring Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications jobs, and services using various tools. This includes identifying, acknowledging, and logging alerts events and anomalies, escalating incidents to support teams based on defined SOPs and severity, and documenting incidents, actions taken, and resolution/escalation steps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform real-time monitoring of servers, network devices, applications jobs, and services using monitoring tools.
  • Identify, acknowledge, and log alerts events and anomalies.
  • Escalate incidents to support teams based on defined SOPs and severity.
  • Document incidents, actions taken, and resolution/escalation steps.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (Servers, OS, Networks, Applications).
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow SOPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
