In this role, you will be accountable for all activities related to general accounting, which includes contributing to the monthly corporate reporting process, gathering and preparing journal entries, issuance of monthly financial statements, preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budget, client P&Ls, monthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts, payroll reconciliation, bank reconciliations, responsible for intercompany balances, and SOX Compliance.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000-$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
You will be working as a Manager, responsible for leading a team in record-to-report activities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, managing intercompany balances, and maintaining compliance with SOX requirements. You will also be responsible for reviewing client P&Ls, analyzing balance sheet accounts, and reconciling payroll and bank transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience in Accounting & Finance, particularly in record-to-report activities. A Bachelor's Degree in B.Com or CA is required, along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Excel and typing skills are also necessary. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of accounting concepts and be able to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
