About the Role:
As a Sales Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing plans and strategies to achieve the company's sales goals.
2. Creating a culture of success and ongoing business achievement.
3. Managing sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver growth.
4. Defining optimal sales force structures.
5. Coordinating sales training programs to enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
6. Managing customer expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Defining sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identifying improvements.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or sales, with exceptional communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building skills. You should be able to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy and work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
