Sales Leadership Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Professional to lead our Enterprise Sales efforts in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving small and medium enterprise business in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
Customer Engagement:
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Pitch enterprise products and services to prospective customers and negotiate deals.
Team Management:
5. Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
6. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
Performance Metrics:
7. Track and analyze key performance metrics such as revenue growth, order booking, and customer acquisition.
8. Use data insights to inform sales strategies and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹25 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
