Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and work across different functions—from product development to business strategy. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment. You will be expected to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems, especially in the context of AI-driven learning platforms and sales enablement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This is a multifaceted role that requires a generalist mindset with an entrepreneurial bent. You should be able to think logically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative ideas to solve problems. Comfort with uncertainty and the ability to navigate unstructured environments are essential. Experience or interest in AI technologies, sales processes, and learning platforms would be beneficial. You might have 3 to 6 years of work experience in any role; you need not have a business or engineering degree.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25 lakhs per annum (negotiable based on experience). Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
