We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our creative team and propel our brand forward. The ideal candidate will be an expert in digital content creation, boasting extensive experience in social media strategy and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative environment where creatives can thrive and work towards shared goals.
  • Develop cohesive and innovative campaign ideas that align with our brand objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging formats to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
  • Closely collaborate with design, product, and marketplace teams to create engaging content that supports our brand and business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the monthly social media calendar across multiple platforms.
  • Drive the ideation and execution of seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, and high-quality reel content.
  • Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Establish clear goals for the team and maintain focus on achieving them.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 34 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital content creation, preferably in an agency or brand setting.
  • A natural leader who excels at mentoring and structuring young teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of meme culture, reels, influencer strategies, and D2C growth tactics.
  • Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to work on-site from Navi Mumbai.
