About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CRM technical professional to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions in the areas of Oracle CRM Service Contract modules.

Your role will involve conducting analysis, design evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of enterprise-wide systems across functional areas. You will work closely with business owners to understand business processes and key requirements, and proactively resolve system issues.

You will have experience in Project Management methodologies, and proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Script. Additionally, you will have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle CRM Modules, including Service Contracts, Install Base, Incentive Compensation, and iStore.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and develop detailed functional and technical designs
  • Interact daily with business owners to understand business processes and key requirements
  • Conduct analysis of system specifications and use diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes
  • Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
  • Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and standards
  • Educate business users on the use of the system
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to understand requirements and design extensions for complex data integration solutions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8 years of hands-on development experience in Oracle Applications within Finance modules, with 3-5 years specifically in Oracle CRM Modules
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle CRM Modules, including Service Contracts, Install Base, Incentive Compensation, and iStore
  • Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Script
  • Project Management knowledge and experience in Project Management methodologies
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
Estimated Salary

Rupees 12 lakhs per annum (based on industry standards in Pune)
