Job Title: Quality Assurance Team Lead

As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled QA automation testers in ensuring the highest level of product quality. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will play a crucial role in this process.

  • Lead and manage a team of QA automation testers to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python, Pytest, Appium, Selenium, and API testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define clear testing objectives and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and execute automated test cases for functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  • Identify, document, and prioritize software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
  • Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 7-10 years of proven experience in software quality assurance and automation.

  • Strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience with Pytest, Appium, Selenium, and API testing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with ability to mentor and motivate team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with superior communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with sharp focus on efficiently identifying and resolving software defects.
