Senior ETL Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica to SSIS migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust ETL processes, ensuring seamless migration, and optimizing workflows across multiple database systems.

  • Lead and execute Informatica to SSIS migration projects, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for data integration and transformation.
  • Work on workflow automation and job scheduling for efficient data processing.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ETL processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and data governance policies.
  • Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning during migration and deployment phases.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of ETL development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in ETL development, with a focus on Informatica to SSIS migration.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

A strong background in software engineering, data architecture, and IT service management would be advantageous.
