Tele Sales Representative

Videshwin Overseas Consultancy is a leading provider of abroad education services, with a rich experience of 15+ years in helping students achieve their dreams.
Our team is dedicated to making the process of studying abroad easy and hassle-free for our clients. We cater to their comprehensive needs, from choosing the right university and country to selecting and applying for the course, and finally, obtaining a visa.
As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cold Calling: Making outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying sales leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Sales Closure: Closing sales deals by persuading prospects to make a purchase or commit to a desired action.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including sales calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. You will also prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Telesales role, preferably in the Education industry.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
- Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
- Basic computer skills and adaptability to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
