At Genpact, we are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as International Dispute Resolution Specialists. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the banking and financial industry.

About the Role

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide world-class customer experience while handling disputes related to transactions. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in dispute intake or similar banking/Fintech processes, particularly in the ACH, debit, and credit card industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently capturing customer interactions, notes, and relevant information using web-based applications.
  • Initiate effective and timely written communication with customers to validate their identities and safeguard their information.
  • Use internal and third-party web tools to execute dispute claim investigations within regulatory timelines.
  • Guide customers to navigate online tools and applications to enable uploading of documents.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures while showcasing a member-centric servicing ethos.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduate/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Relevant experience in performing dispute intake or similar banking/Fintech process in the ACH, debit, and/or credit card industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written/verbal responses.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
