About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Strategist to join our team at Vodafone in Bengaluru/Pune. As a key member of our Cyber Security division, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing our growth strategy for cyber security services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cyber Security, with a strong background in program management and leadership. You will be responsible for managing large-scale cyber security programs, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Growth Strategy: Support the development and implementation of our growth strategy for cyber security services, aligned with organizational objectives.
- Program Management: Manage large-scale cyber security programs, including scope definition, governance, communication, resource planning, timelines, risk mitigation, cost management, and more.
- Cyber Security Services Maturity Program: Design and implement a comprehensive cyber security services maturity program, including formal service definitions, descriptions, scope, deliverables, RACI, SLAs, OLAs, and SSPs.
- Costing and Pricing Models: Develop comprehensive costing and pricing models for various cyber security services types, covering technology, resources, expenses, and overheads.
- Financial Performance Management: Provide support in financial performance management, with a focus on budget management and financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and communicate progress effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cyber Security Experience: At least 10 years of experience in cyber security, with a strong background in program management and leadership.
- Program Management Experience: Proven experience in managing large-scale cyber security programs, with a focus on scope definition, governance, communication, resource planning, timelines, risk mitigation, cost management, and more.
- Aptitude and Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
