Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and lead the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of relevant experience in analyzing business processes and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop functional specifications and test plans to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3-8 years of experience in ERP systems analysis and implementation
  • Expertise in at least one of the following modules - Finance, HRMS, Supply Chain Management
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades and production support
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting
