Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Training Manager at Tradologie.
The Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing sales training programs, conducting training sessions, providing coaching to sales teams, and enhancing communication strategies within the sales department.

Requirements:
To be successful as a Sales Training Manager at Tradologie, you should have:
- Sales Training, Training & Development, and Coaching skills
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor sales teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in sales or sales training is a plus
- Certification in Training or Sales Management is desirable
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹12-15 lakhs (approximately $17,000-$21,000 USD). We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
