As a technical leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of strategic initiatives that propel our business forward.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions for complex problems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and security best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of large-scale technology roadmaps, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Lead technical teams to resolve critical challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with peers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Python, Spark (Apache Spark or Pyspark), big query (GCP) and UNIX experience Software Enterprise Application development and uses continuous integration and delivery when developing code
  • Experience working in the banking/financial technology domain is highly desirable

Key Expectations:

  • Collaborate with agile stakeholders to implement modernized and sustainable technology roadmaps, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze technical requirements and design software solutions that meet client needs, deliver high-quality results, and stay within budget.
  • Contribute to building next-generation solutions for Commercial Banking Services, Digital & Payment channels, enhancing service levels of current solutions.
  • Effectively manage risk through the implementation of appropriate controls and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Work closely with Engineering managers, product owners, and Teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, meeting customer expectations.
  • Coordinate project interlocks and deployments with internal IT Teams to ensure smooth execution.
