Job Description

You'll be part of a market-leading software platform that makes day-to-day operations simple, efficient, and enjoyable for organizations in the fitness and wellbeing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an innovative product with cutting-edge technologies, from back-end to front-end.
  • Suggest better software design to ensure more stability and easy scalability.
  • Write clean, testable, scalable, and well-documented code.
  • Diagnose problems and defects by collecting information, finding root causes, and fixing them.
  • Help improve and evolve our advanced architecture following best-in-industry patterns.
  • Have a keen eye for improvement in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Involve and engage with other architects, senior developers, and other teams, motivating and connecting with others.
  • Mentor team members and guide them towards raising their own software quality standards.
  • Refactor existing code, write unit tests, and review other teammates' code.
  • Estimate, plan, and implement new features in collaboration with product and design.
  • Participate in full-life-cycle software development.
  • Have proven experience in SOLID principles, design patterns.
  • Have experience in MVC, MVVM, layered/tiered architecture.
  • Worked on implementation of SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

  • Full-cycle software design, development, and deployment experience.
  • Experience using ASP.Net MVC .Net Core framework and C# over Microsoft SQL data repositories or other similar frameworks for 10+ years.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and libraries such as Vue, React, and Angular is definitely a plus.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Performance.
  • Experience in any of the public cloud - Azure, AWS. Exposure to DevOps will be considered an advantage.
  • Solution-driven approach. Good negotiator who can coordinate with Enterprise Architects, Stakeholders, and Product with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect.
  • Professional and articulate communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals.
  • Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities.
  • Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt.
  • You're a true team player who knows that we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves.
