Location: Mohali, India
Summary:
Jungleworks is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to build strong relationships with customers and drive long-term growth. The ideal candidate will ensure customers are satisfied and empowered to get the most out of our SaaS product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Lead new customers through a seamless onboarding experience, providing personalized guidance and support.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our SaaS product, staying up-to-date on new features and updates.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, monitoring health and usage patterns to identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Training: Offer training and resources to customers, ensuring they can effectively use the software.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly, collaborating with the support team to resolve technical problems.
- Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop and implement success plans, setting clear goals and milestones.
- Renewals and Expansion: Proactively engage with customers to secure renewals and identify opportunities for product expansion.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve the product and enhance the customer experience.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and product usage to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Advocacy: Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates for Jungleworks.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, computer science).
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools.
